What it does
Go / No-Go before every leg
One screen per aircraft: released or restricted, VOR, nav data and chart currency, MEL items, maintenance due, crew readiness and everything that needs you today.
Trips and legs
Build a trip leg by leg with crew, passengers and services, send the request to your dispatcher, mark legs tentative, and follow every flight in your own calendar.
Live aircraft status
OUT, OFF, ON and IN from Satcom Direct and FlightAware, the aircraft on the map, and a Live Activity on the pilot's Lock Screen from an hour before departure to close-out.
The Flight Log, signed
The day's sheet is built from the legs, signed by the PIC and SIC on the iPad, locked like paper, corrected only by an admin with the reason shown, and emailed to both pilots as a PDF.
Crew
Duty and rest, landing and instrument currency, schedules and time off, per diem, passports, visas and medicals, with reminders before anything runs out.
Aircraft records
MEL deferrals picked from the MMEL with their repair intervals, maintenance due lists, airframe and engine hours, and a ramp inspection binder in the inspector's order.
Expenses
Scan receipts and fuel tickets, file them to the leg, price fuel from the bills, match card statements, and produce the reports your accountant asks for.
A console for the office
Admins run the company from the browser at karmanops.com: members, aircraft, trips, schedules, time off and expenses.
